1.  Are you 'really' guaranteeing 'sales'?

Yes. The bottom line is basically that you are sitting on a diamond mine, with hundreds or thousands of people searching for new homes in your area every month!!!  If we open the floodgates and direct that traffic to YOU, you are gonna win. 

The only way you can fail, is if you don't know how to sell a house, and if that were the case you never would have made it through these tough times, right?



2.  Why don't you include a website with the system?

The majority of retailers already have a site.  I'm going to provide you with a video called "Effective Home-Sales Website Secrets'.  You are going to watch it, then forward it to your website company.  They are going to do a website 'make-over' using these principles and you will no longer have a 'website that sucks'.


3.  What if I want you to do my site for me?

I'll gladly do your website for $1500.  However, I'm not like 'site-maker companies'.  The site is going to be the way I know it needs to be, not the way you 'wanted' it to be.  I'm not going to do 30 revisions.  It will be done right the first time, and you'll need to provide me the photos and testimonial info I request.... However, I have a few secrets up my sleeve and I'll make your site absolutely the most BEAUTIFUL and effective site in your area.


4. If you do my site, what about maintenance or on-going costs for updating?

GREAT QUESTION!  If your site is made RIGHT, you don't need a bunch of update silliness!  I charge $10 a month for basic maintenance.  If you want to do any major updates, there will be a $40/hr charge. I'll be outsourcing the work -under my supervision, and that is MY COST for the project.
I'm not really focussed in that area, but if you want my help, you'll get the BEST.

5. Do you (Brian) do consulting in the area of marketing, advertising, sales/merchandising?

Yes.  I charge $800/hr plus travel. Ask my clients and they'll tell you that the AVERAGE sales increase I create is in excess of 100%.


6.  Is your 50-mile radius protection in writing, and why does that matter?

When I do an SBISS setup for you, I'm covering a tremendous amount of stuff behind the scenes.  I'm going to make you OWN the search results for YOUR trade area- the area where your most profitable sales are to be made.  You do NOT want your competitors to have the same advantage!!! (This is a good reason to get off the fence and sign up for your Membership before they do!)
